Is a bin right for your project?

When You Need a Bin Rental

If you have ongoing waste or a large amount of debris, renting a bin is usually the most cost-effective way to deal with it. Here is where our bins earn their keep.

7, 10, 14, 20 and 40 yards

Bin Sizes Available in Toronto

We offer five roll-off bin sizes to match your job. Heavy materials like concrete and dirt should go in our smaller bins because of road weight limits. Not sure what you need? We will help you choose.

What You Can Put in the Bin

Our bins take most of what a renovation, cleanout or job site produces. A few things are off limits for safety and legal reasons.

Accepted materials

Load these with confidence.

  • Renovation and demolition debris
  • Household garbage and general junk
  • Wood, drywall and construction waste
  • Concrete, asphalt and brick
  • Dirt, soil and other clean fill
  • Yard waste, sod and branches
  • Furniture and non-hazardous bulky items

Full details in our guide: what can you put in a rental bin?

Not accepted

Hazardous waste cannot go in the bin. That includes:

  • Chemicals, paints and solvents
  • Asbestos and asbestos-containing material
  • Propane tanks and pressurized containers
  • Batteries, oils and fuels
  • Tires

Unsure about an item? Call us before loading it and we will confirm.

Lower costs, less landfill

Material-Specific Disposal

Different materials deserve different handling. When concrete, asphalt, brick and dirt are kept separate from mixed waste, we can recycle far more of it and pass the savings on to you.

Clean fill is one of the most affordable materials to dispose of, so keeping it out of your mixed waste bin is worth the small effort.

  • We handle: Concrete from driveways
  • Asphalt from paving work
  • Brick from demolition
  • Dirt & soil from excavation
  • Mixed renovation waste

How Much Does Bin Rental Cost in Toronto?

Every project is a little different, so the honest answer is that it depends on four things. Give us those details and we will give you a clear, all-in quote with no hidden fees.

Bin size

Larger bins cost more to rent, but going too small and needing a second bin costs more again. We will help you size it right the first time.

Type of material

Clean fill like soil, concrete and brick is usually cheaper to dispose of than mixed waste because it can be recycled.

Rental duration

Standard rentals cover most projects. Need the bin longer? Extensions are easy to arrange.

Weight of the load

Disposal facilities charge by weight. We explain the allowance and any potential overage up front.

Fast delivery, easy placement

Same Day Bin Delivery & Placement

We provide fast, dependable bin delivery throughout Toronto and the surrounding GTA. Same day and next day delivery are often available depending on your location, and we place the bin carefully where it works best for your project.

A note on permits: bins on your own driveway or private property usually do not need one. If the bin has to sit on the street, the City of Toronto requires a street occupation permit. We know the local rules and will walk you through what applies to your address before delivery.
